OK I know this has probably been posted on here before but i need a soultion to this now. After not being able to install my Age of Empires 3 game on my Vista computer, i tried installing it on an older XP one. The game installed fine but whenever i go to launch it it brings up the following message.
ins23.tmp - Entry Point Not Found
The procedure entry point WSAProviderConfigChange could not be located in the dynamic link library WS2_32.dll.
Someone on another thread said that his problem is caused by having an older version of the WS2_32.dll. file in your system32 folder but i checked and the correct version is the one i have! Can someone Please help with this!
