Windows server 2000. Workstation service doesn't start automatically even if is set so. Error code 213

Can you give more information?

After a reboot i had to do, i noticed that netlogon service didn't start. The first message i read was about active directory and its missfunction.
Then i restarted manually the netlogon service and everything came back to normal.
See below what was recordes in systemlog file after a reboot.

5/5/2004 2:19:41 μμ EventLog Information None 6006 N/A SERVER2003 The Event log service was stopped.
