I am working with a Word Mail Merge the data file is from a software program for United Ways, It is a word document, comma delimited.

I discovered that I had to use a format switch *\Charformat in order to get the fontsize to remain 12 point. This has worked except one field. "Address" is actually pulling 2 lines of text from the comma delimited file. The first line formats fine 12 point, however the 2nd line formats at 11 point.

I cannot figure out how to get the 2nd line to print as 12 point. Help!
