If I put my desk top PC into Hibernation then it never restarts. I get the
apparent start up from the PC manufacturers screen but then nothing but a
black screen I cannot even do anything from here and have to switch off from
the power switch and then boot up as normal but then have to wait for all of
the Outlook checks etc so it is not a good idea for me to try to hibernate
but it would be so useful if I could. Help please? Thanks
Charlie

Have you set the mouse and keyboard to allow them to take it out of
hibernation?

Disregard above. I had standby confused with hibernation.
