Can I download the winlogon.exe file from the web?
When I start my computer, I get a message that
says "C:\documents and settings\all users\start
menu\programs\startup\winlogon.exe -- Access to the
specified device, path, or file is denied". I assume I
need to restore an original version of the file to my
computer. How can I do this?
