Dear Experts

Please help me relating this issue

We are supporting our Client via Windows2000 TerminalServer with CitrixICA connection. (We use ActiveDirectory, LotusNotes, and other company specific software via ICA client)

Our problem is that, after 1-2 hours the login, we could not use the clipboard function in the session, because the clipboard stucks, and it uses the old information.
All of us must log off the session, and restart our workstations. It is very time consuming, so we would need exactly the problem cause, and resolve it

The Server is: HP Proliant, 4*2.7GHz Intel processors, 2 GB RAM, Windows2000 Server SP
Our workstations: Windows2000 Prof SP3, 1 GHz Intel CPU, 512 MB RAM.

Well this is a MetaFrame problem for sure (Since you are using Citrix and
therefore Citrix's Clipboard Virtual channel etc). What version of MetaFrame
are you using, along with Hotfixes and Service packs for MetaFrame and what
revisions of the client does this happen to.

I beleive Citrix has had several clipboard fixes depending on the version
you are running.
