is there any plans to compile Micrososft Antispy with 64-bit extensions?

No, but the current build runs just fine on Windows XP x64.

I know but programs running under WOW run slower and do not take advantage of
the additionial address space.

Unrelated question will MS Office 2006, Vista,One Care have a release with
64-bit x86 extensions?

Also is Microsoft Antispy going to be bundled with onecare and not launched
as an individual product?

Can't answer all the questions. OneCare presently does not support x64,
according to posts at Neowin:

Microsoft Antispyware will be released as a standalone product. It will
also be part of OneCare, and of Microsoft Client Protection, and integrated
into Vista:
