windows xp uninstall

could you help me? the question is as follows:

because of the blast worm a friend of mine asked me for help. at the time i
was not aware of this worm. she had made a new windows xp installation and
the computer now has two xp installations. i could clean the original
installation but now she has another windows xp installation in her
computer. the question is: how do I unistall the second windows xp
installation?
