Windows XP start up

's Computer Specifications

When the desktop finishes loading, a NotePad screen
appears with the following:
[.ShellClassInfo]
LocalizedResourceName=@%SystemRoot%\system32\shell32.dll,-
21787
Any ideas why and how to correct this are appreciated.
