Hi

I Stopped my display adaptor by mistake and now I cannot
boot my computer. I.e. the screen won't display.

I have tried booting in safe mode but cannot seem to get
to a screen that lets me enable it again.

How do I enable the display adaptor again while I cannot
see the screen.

Thanks in Advance
Michael

Try the System Restore tool.

I cannot get to the command prompt in safe mode.
The screen does not display on my monitor. Even though it
seems to be there in the background.

Obviously you have another computer to use in the mean time, simply remove
the graphics card from the computer with the problem and put the graphics
card from the one your using now, or you could try removing the gpu and
booting, then putting it back.
