Windows XP Pro. SP3 - Orthographic accent appears twice

Hi!

I have a Spanish keyboard. When I press an Orthographic accent key it
appears twice like this:

It happens on notepad, Office Word, Visual Studio but it works find on
Runs... dialog.

I have a Microsoft wireless keyboard. I tried to change the language but I
have the correct one.

If I logon on another account it works, and if I turn back to my account it
works too.

What it's happening?
