Windows 2000 has a Power User account type. It's a good compromise of privileges between
Administrator and Limited User.

How can I set up an account to be a Power User on Windows XP Pro? I can only see the
Administrator and Limited user options.

Thanks!!!

Toni

Run compmgmt.msc. Expand Local users and groups, and select
Groups. Power users will appear in the list. You can right click
it to add it to one of your groups.
