Windows Updates will not load

Good day to all,

When I try to load Window XP updates,when I get 87% done
with upload I get a message that states; Software
Installation: The software you are installing has not
passed"Windows Logo"testing to verify its compatibility
with"Windows XP".
This software will not be installed. Contact your system
administrator.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
