This is my coworkers computer, I replaced his motherboard
now when windows tries to start I get this error

A problem has been detected and windows will shut down to
avoid damage
*** stop: 0x0000007b (0xfc90f63c, 0x0000034,0x00000000,
0x00000000
I have a windows setup disk, but cant get it to boot off
it, ive tried everything i know to get this thing going,
if anyone can point me in the right direction i would
appreciate it enormously.
