how do I start my cpu in BIOS? My cpu turned off my sound
card and I just need to turn it back on.

When the computer starts up you will see the screen displaying the memory of the computer and performing the start up procedures. At the bottom of the screen will be the instructions to access BIOS. It may be Del or any other specific buttons. Press that immediately before the screens switch and you will be able to access the BIOS screen.

If you are not able to do that fast enough at start up you will have to reboot and try again.
