Normally the shell extension for windows is through COM in-proc
server.
Is there a mechanism to use an out of proc COM server for this
purpose ?

The problem i am trying to solve is using a legacy inproc 32 bit
Inproc COM extension server and convert it to out of proc so that
windows 64 bit shell can utilize this 32 bit COM out of proc shell
extenstion for managing context menus.
