hey all,
i'm doing a simple walkthrough article on windows services and am having a
problem.
i have a virtual pc i'm working on which has an smtp server that i easily
tested and works. well, the windows service program, all it does is use the
timer elapsed event to send out an email, this is the part that doesn't work.
i looked in the event viewer for System log file and it shows this:

Event Category: None
Event ID: 402

Description:
Virtual Server 1: 127.0.0.1 maximum number of connections has been reached.
