Hello There!

One of my friend connects to his school computer network via
dial-up-networking, and he complains about getting slow last night. I
asked him about his routing table which is as follows:

What has gone wrong with his routing table? Why on earth he gets
20x.x.x.x network?

Is the dial-in connection on the 20x network?
