Windows Profiles

I have two terminal servers, neither user roming profiles.
I need to increase the RAID disk space on one of the
servers. What is the best way to do this without having
to create each profile (manually) once I reinstall the
Operating System on the new RAID container? I have an
application that create directory paths and writes these
parameters to the registry. For each of these users, this
parameter needs to be set for the application to be ran.
Can I create a tape backup and restore the users
profiles? Can I copy the profiles from the other server?
Any suggestions would be a tremendous help!
