Is there a way to capture who is logged onto the PC and
save that user ID to a MS Access 2000 table?

I would like to keep individuals from only seeing what
data they enter, so a "selection" from a list of personnel
won't work. I was hoping to capture their network user ID
which they have to use to log into the network to access
the database. When they come back to the database to
change or view their entry, it will either bring them up a
blank form to fill out, or their previously filled out
entry.

You can get the network user name with an API call.
