OS: Windows 7 64-bits
App: MS Office 2010 RTM 64 bits

I just installed Office 2010 RTM. Mobile phone will no longer synchronize
with Outllok, WMDC 6.1 claims Oulook is "not installed". Is there a setting
or a download to correct this?

Thanks.

This is a problem with WMDC and you'll need to wait for that product group to
release a version compatible with Outlook 2010.

Is there any kind ETC (Estimated Time to Complete) on WMDC fixes for Outlook
64bit. It'd be nice to have some kind of an idea. I'm not too keen on
rolling back Office just so my sync works agian... just when I thought MS had
gotten things to work. Well I guess I still have job security. Thanks for
your help Brian.

I've not heard of one.

Perhaps I'm not as much of a power user as you, but I can't for the life of me
think of a situation where Outlook (and hence WMDC) would need to be 64 bits.

Run scanpst.exe which is found in C:/programfiles(x86)/microsoft Office/office14 and let it repair the pst file. (Assuming your using office 2010 64 bit) and hey presto it worked.
Best of luck
