I had been using Windows Media Player, XP just fine, and then tried the Dell
Jukebox. Well, that didn't work out so good. So I removed the Jukebox, and
tried to view a video file that had worked previously on the Media Player.
The video works fine, but there is no sound like before the Jukebox was
introduced. I've checked my drivers, all updated. I've check the sound,
nothing muted... Does anybody else know what I need to do? I'm using the the
Windows Media Player 9. Thanks so much.
