Windows Mail cannot access http (webmail) accounts.
It can only access POP & IMAP accounts.
If you have a premium Yahoo account, with access to POP3 servers, then you
can access it.

If you enable POP or IMAP access for your Gmail account, then you can access
it.

Gmail... follow the instructions for Outlook Express...

enable POP mail on the Gmail webmail page...
