When I receive an e-mail in Windows mail I cannot open the attachments when
they are in .doc format.
Can anyone tell me how to get this done ?
In case it's important to know for the solution: I make use of Microsoft
Office 2007, home and student version.

Thanx,
Edwin

I know it's not the full solution, but save the attachment and then open it
with Word.

Since you are using Office (Word) 2007 which uses .docx and not .doc you
might try checking your file associations and make sure that Windows
applications like WM know to use Word to open .doc files.
