Hello All,

My server is running Windows 2000 server with SP4.When I want to install any
application such as Antivirus, Adobe reader ...etc, I have error message
when installing any applications will appear on screen "Windows Installer
Service could not be accessed".
I did tried follow instruction on the article ID:319624 and download Windows
Installer 2.0 Redistributable for reinstall Windows Installer again but I
still have the same error.
Anyone have any ideas to resolve this issue?
