Windows installer on my XP sp3

's Computer Specifications

I have XP sp3
Everytime i open a new window,or my documents or any program that i
have,windows installer pops up,and wants to install a program(an hp
program-that i don't have on my system HPIZ Plus 450. so how do i solve this
problem
