thanks for your advice. Ther key is pointing to MS products such as WordArt,
Publisher, Office 2000 Disk 2 etc.
I still have the issue with trying to re-install InstMsiW.exe as I get the
message "An unexpected error occured".
And therefor cannot install any apps.
I had a support call in with MS, who recommended I ran the Cleanup utility
but this has now mad Outlook, Word & Ecel (and possibly others) not load at
all.
Outlook error is "The application required windows installer to run".
Word & Excell error is "Unable to run this command".
It looks like a format and re-install. Do you know Bill Gates' email
address.
