Windows Genuine Advantage Failure

I have a Win2000 Pro system at the Church that seems to be stuck in a loop
of installing the tool, saying it was successful, click 'proceed, after
searching for updates, it goes back to the screen about the WGA tool,
install again, successful...and on and on. I D/Led the alternate method tool
and it errors out that the tool has expired and I should check my clock.
There's nothing wrong with my clock, so I've reached an impasse. Has anyone
else seen this and if so, did you find a resolution???
