Windows Files Protection

I have this witty problem for all out there.
I try to install a program.Ace Mega Codec Pack...
Well , the installer (MSI) de-archivates some files and
puts them into \System32 marking them already Read-
only.After a minute or so, the SAME installer says that he
cannot acces some files that are being protectd by WINDOWS.
Is there anyway to stop SFP(System Files Protection)?Or
can i make so that newly created fles won't enter
the "jurisdiction" of SFP?

For this to be happening what you are installing is
trying to replace files that are part of the OS with
modified versions - not something most people like
to have happen. For example, this is what trojan
writers strive to accomplish.

You should contact the provider of the software
and get them to correct the problem by making
software that works correctly with Windows.
