For this to be happening what you are installing is
trying to replace files that are part of the OS with
modified versions - not something most people like
to have happen. For example, this is what trojan
writers strive to accomplish.
You should contact the provider of the software
and get them to correct the problem by making
software that works correctly with Windows.
