Eric,
That can be a bummer. Have you done some routine maintenance on the system
lately? Defrag, Scandisk (error check before defrag), Disk Cleanup, etc.
Make sure you on;t have something wierd like two antivirus programs running
at the same time.
Look in the event logs for clues.
