Hello, its my first time to post in here, I just want to ask if what is the
problem with my computer or my OS?

Because when I open a window for a long time it wont respond after a while.
Can I ask for any help here please?

My OS is Windows Vista Ultimate, 32-bit...I keep on Updating it but it still
wont help..

ANYONE? PLEASE HELP ME?

This is a programmers group, you need to look for a group with 'Vista' in
its name to ask your question.
However, there may not be a problem, Vista is much slower than XP (which
in turn is slower than W2K) so you may just have to live with it.
