Operating System: Mac OS X 10.6 (Snow Leopard) Processor: Intel Hi,

We have been able to successfully join a couple of Mac OS X (10.6.2) computers to our windows server 2008 AD. We are able to connect to the home folder on the server and browse the folders and accessing the files. But when it comes to shares based/distributed by DFS we encounter problems. We are able to access the root folders but then we can't find any files or folders in them. Is there some type lack of support to access these shares and their folders/files when we use DFS on ws2003/ws2008?

How can we access these files instead?

Regards,
Richard

Hi Richard,

You are correct - Mac OS X does not understand DFS managed shares. I
suggest you consider the DFS support provided by ExtremeZ-IP.
