This update is stuck in an endless installation loop. My installation history
shows that it has been installed successfully 9 times! and the shield
continues to come up telling me the update is ready to be installed. What to
do?

I am getting the same thing from the Windows update site, the file shows 0 kb
and keeps installing.

I have also been stuck on this version for some time now. Is there something
wrong with it?

Hello guys,

Try this, go to Add/Rem programas, highlight WD, on the left side, click
in support information, and click in repair, and follow the prºmpts.

It keeps telling me WD has found no new defs or engine upgrades. It's been
doing this for weeks now whenever I click Check for Updates. Signature
Version: 1.14.1410.10.

If you are on 1410.10, I'm not surprised that it is telling you that there
are no new defs. That's current, I believe.

But this was only created on 26 April, wasn't it?
I had earlier problems with updates so updated to WD version 1.1.1347 from
the website.
