The free Windows Defender product is not designed for enterprise management.
There is a .adm file included in the distribution, and you can open it and
see what policies are exposed--they are pretty minimal.
For enterprise use, the Microsoft product incorporating antispyware
functionality and designed for automated deployment and management is
Microsoft Forefront Client Security--
