can anyone tell me whether Windows Antispyware contains antivirus protection
or would you still need to purchase this software to protect against viruses?

Hi

Virus is virus, spyware is spyware and a greyzone between them with
trojans, you will need both.

You can also try http://free.grisoft.com for a very good antivirus program.
It's free as well.

Hi Dave

Yes it´s free, but I believe it´s better to try a whole
security package for mostly all users.

Of course this is a balance with users which can afford it
or not. But if a user have no problem with money a whole
security package suite is better.

Important to not buying it now, run a trial for a while and then buy
2006 models. They are all coming soon.
