Windows 2000/XP diskless workstation boot

Hello,

I have been searching for some info. about diskless
workstation in windows 2000 environment but have no luck
in that. Could anyone give me some tips on setting up a
diskless windows 2000/XP workstation that can connect to
the windows 2000 domain, therefore users can only store
data, manipulate their files in the server. Besides, a PXE
boot NIC , what else is need?
