Windows 2000 server wont let me login

I had a Prob with a win 2k server running terminal server SP3
I had to reboot the machine but everytime I login it just keeps coming back
to a loggin screen......... It never lets me into the machine I tried it in
safe mode and I get the same thing

Any Ideas?
