Here's the scenario.

Everytime I log on to my server as Administrator, the
offline file balloon comes up saying I have offline files,
and the server is online and can sync.

But everytime I click OK, nothing happens.

So I try again, and even try the buttons on the sync
manager, ie setting sand view files, but clicking them
does nothing.

I've deleted all the files I can from winnt\csc with no
changes.

Also the Tools>Folder Options does not show the Offline
Files Tab... grrrrr.

I know some of you may only see this as an annoyance, and
let me tell you.. it is annoying the heck out of me!
