Windows 2000 Pro Continually Restarts

I just formatted a new drive and went to install a fresh
copy of windows 2000 off of the original retail disc. I
dont know what is going on, but right after the splash
screen it just reboots and does this until I turn it off.
What is going on, any suggestions ?
