Since loading SP 4 for Windows 2000 professional my system
can take upto 15 minutes to load personal settings after
logging into the network. No changes have occurred to the
network (only 10 computers) and other users are
experiencing the same problem. Any ideas ?

Just had exactly the same problem
do an ipconfig /all
and see if your DNS is pointing to your server

take it it just started then? if things point to your dns server, check ur
dns settings on the server.
