dump of physical memory.

I keep having this problem everytime I restart my Windows
2000 Professional. I keep having the bluescreen death and
I have tried anything, I installed a new copy of Windows
2000 and I still have this problem.
Help would be appreceate!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
