Win2k SP4 Rollup >>> BSOD on boot?

What should I do if I applied the rollup to a workstation and now it has BSOD
everytime it loads windows? Safe mode, Last-known good config, it doesn't
matter. Is it FUBAR? Here's the BSOD msg:

***STOP: 0x0000007B (0xF241F848, 0xC0000034, 0x00000000, 0x00000000)

Inaccessible Boot Device.

I tried CHKDSK from the recovery console and that didn't help. The
workstation was working fine before the rollup.
