Internet Explorer and/or Outlook Express??

eBay!!

You can't even find a 10gig anymore... they are so obsolete, but maybe you
can get a 10 or 20GB for only 10 bucks. Then use ghost to image the drive
to the new harddrive.

That's going to be a slim! installation
I wouldn't imagine you'd be able to do much with the free space left.
Perhaps win9* or Ebay for a hd
