Win2003 server: Hanging application

hello,
When running applications on Win2003 terminal server, they sometimes
"freeze" and stop responding.
In the event viewer you can see something like:

Hanging application PHOTOED.EXE, version 3.0.1.0, hang module hungapp,
version 0.0.0.0, hang address 0x00000000.

Hanging application OUTLOOK.EXE, version 9.0.0.2416, hang module hungapp,
version 0.0.0.0, hang address 0x00000000.

Hanging application WINWORD.EXE, version 9.0.0.2823, hang module hungapp,
version 0.0.0.0, hang address 0x00000000.

On win2000 terminal server there is no problem.

Please help ...
