win2000 fax 14400 baud?

hi,
I'm using win2000 fax and allmost all fax are sent OK, but at few
numbers I get "transmission error".
sending with other fax program, setting fax speed 14400 those number
are fine.
how can I set the fax speed with win2000 fax?
