Win XP & Two Workgroups

Hello.
I have two workgroups in my network. Both are on the same ip network.
(192.168.0).
I doesn't wish any group can see another and use their resources because now
i can see it from explorer.

How i can do this ?

Use a firewall to limit traffic to a specific range of addresses..
