Win PE USB2 PCMCIA card support

Hi

I am trying to use Win Pe on a laptop which doesn't have USB2 by default,
therefore I want to have support for pcmcia plugin cards i.e. a usb2 2 port
pcmcia card. How can I add this to my Win PE cd and is it easy to do. The
reason I want to do this is to use ghost with USB hard disks on the pcmcia
usb2 card.
