win 2000 physical memory

      28th Sep 2004
when i boot up my thinkpad laptop running win 2000 i
recieve an error message that states that my physical
memory is corrupt or missing and that it starts a memory
dump. it also says something about the registry files
failing. the computer then reboots over and over again.
please help
