I found gdisk.exe which can fdisk and format very quickly.
So, I made and format partitions 15/5/30/10 GB each with gdisk.exe.
And boot from Win2000 CD-ROM, it detected the partitions well
I installed perfectly. now using Win 2000. Thanks.
