Wierd Problem

Hi guys

I'm not sure if this applies in this NG, but I'm expereincing some very
wierd problems on my Win2KPro system.
It's an AMD Duron 800Mhz, 128MB Ram, 40GB HDD

Basically, it's a fairly new install (less than a week old), and it's
started behaving very strangly. It won't copy and paste, but there's no
error message/ It just doesn't paste. You cannot open an e-mail from an
internet link, it just doesn't do anything, yet opening an e-mail will
sometimes result in an out of memory error (no other programs are running at
this point). Lastly, I've just discovered in my add remove programs, it
displays the box, but with no information inisde and the close looks like
Cl&ose.

Any help in this regard would be most appreciated!
